Helping Work Toward a World Free of Relationship Abuse
Supporting our community by following our hearts and giving back is extremely important at CWMF. It helps boost team spirit and builds a united and inspired team. In one of our recent shared initiatives, our company and employees rallied with domestic violence donations of items and funds for the families at Anna Marie’s Alliance, a local nonprofit that provides safety, shelter, support, and referral services to individuals and families in abusive relationships.
About Anna Marie’s Alliance
A 501(c)3 organization based in St. Cloud, Minnesota, Anna Marie’s Alliance serves people throughout central Minnesota. With a vision of “a world free of relationship abuse,” their mission is “to provide education, intervention, and advocacy to those affected by relationship abuse with a holistic approach and anti-oppression focus.”
Their impact has been significant, serving more than 21,000 survivors of relationship abuse since 1979 through crisis intervention and education that prevents relationship violence. Our vision is a world free of relationship abuse.

Our Philosophy on Philanthropy
In our community work, we like to say that we follow our hearts. We do that by intentionally collecting input from across our organization each year and focusing our efforts and investments on the nonprofits and initiatives that mean the most to our team.
Community involvement provides our team with the fulfilling experience of giving back, helps boost team spirit, and builds a united and inspired team. Simply, it feels good to give back, and we are fortunate to be able to do so.
